Plain English, and the same promises the rest of the site makes. Last updated 11 August 2026.
These terms are between ClickBookand the venue that subscribes to it. Guests booking a table are not party to them — a guest’s booking is with the venue.

No contract and no lock-in. Cancel any time and the service runs to the end of the month you have paid for. Before you go, export your guest list and your reports — they are yours, and we will help you get them out.
You are the data controller for your guests; we process their data on your instructions as your processor. We do not sell it, do not use it to market to your guests on our own behalf, and do not use one venue’s data to benefit another. You can export it at any time. See the privacy policy for the detail.
We aim to keep the service available around the clock, and it is built to keep working on your device if your broadband drops mid-service, syncing when it returns. We cannot promise it will never be unavailable — no one honestly can — but if it is, you will get a person on the phone within the hour during service.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before it, and we are not liable for lost profits or lost business.
If we change these terms we will update this page and change the date at the top, and tell you directly about anything that affects what you pay or what you get.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
