A real person, on a Friday night, on the phone

Service doesn't keep office hours, so neither does support. One number, answered by the person who built it, whenever your doors are open.

1 hour

our guaranteed response during service. Most of the time it is a great deal quicker than that.

The reason venues stay on software they dislike is that changing it feels risky, and the reason it feels risky is that nobody answers the phone when it matters. Every booking system is fine at eleven on a Tuesday morning. What you need to know is who picks up at half seven on a Saturday with thirty covers waiting. At ClickBook that is a person, not a ticket queue, and it is the same person who wrote the code — so the answer is a fix, not a promise to escalate.

How it works.

01

Whenever your doors are open

Phone and WhatsApp support across your whole trading week, including evenings and weekends, because that is when a booking system is actually load-bearing.

02

One hour, guaranteed, during service

If you are open and something is wrong, you get a human response within the hour. In practice it is usually minutes — there is no tier one to get past.

03

And it keeps running without us

If your broadband drops mid-service the floor plan keeps working on the iPad and syncs when you are back. The worst case is not that support is slow, it is that you are stuck. You aren't.

What you get.

Questions, answered.

What counts as service hours?

Any time your venue is open to guests, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. If you are trading, we are reachable.

Is support really included at £49?

Yes. There is no support tier to upgrade to, because a booking system nobody can get help with is not worth having at any price.

What happens if the internet goes down mid-service?

The floor plan keeps working on your device. Seating, clearing and no-shows queue up, the screen tells you how many are waiting to sync, and they go up automatically when the connection returns.
