Yes. You control the biggest party guests can book online, your service times and how many covers you take in a sitting, and you can close off dates or turn online booking off entirely for a night. Bigger groups can be pointed to a quick call so you keep control of your busiest tables.
Yes. Your staff see a live floor and diary: they can drop a walk-in straight onto a table, mark guests as seated or finished, and see what's free at a glance. It's built to be run by whoever is on the floor mid-service, not just an office manager.
