The side you run
A diary your staff will actually use.
That's what your guests see. Here's your side: every booking lands in a clean diary and a live floor plan, built to be run mid-service by whoever's on. Seat a walk-in, mark a table done, see what's free, all with a tap. If your team can answer the phone, they can run it.
It opens on whatever you already own. Nothing to install, nothing to buy, no dock on the pass — and when the connection drops mid-service, the floor keeps working and syncs the moment it is back.

More than a booking system.
Every booking does a little more for your venue.
More reviews
More good reviews, honestly
After they've eaten, we ask for a review at the right moment and make it one tap. Anyone unhappy gets an easy private line first, so you can put it right, and no one's ever blocked from posting.
Your mailing list
A guest list you actually own
Every booking adds a real, opted-in guest to a list that's yours to keep. Fill a quiet Tuesday whenever you like.
Never turn one away
Walk-ins become a text, not a lost sale
Full? Add walk-ins to a smart queue and text them when their table's ready. No buzzers, no clipboard, no crowd at the door.
We build your booking page, map out your tables, set your hours and hand you the keys. If you can answer the phone, you can run it.
01
We build it
Your page, your branding, your tables and service times, all set up for you and ready to take bookings.
02
You go live
Add it to your website and your Google listing. Bookings land in a diary your staff will actually use.
03
We stay close
A real person on the end of the phone. We're a partner, not a portal you get lost in.
Questions, answered.
How much does ClickBook cost?
£49 a month, flat. There are no per-cover fees and no commission. A one-off £299 covers building your booking page, and it is currently included. You can cancel any time.
How is ClickBook different from commission-based booking systems?
It's built bespoke to fit how your place runs and put in your own branding, and it's one flat price that won't climb as you get busier. It aims to be better value than the big names while fitting an independent venue far better, and the guest list you build stays yours to keep.
Will my guests see ClickBook branding?
No. Every booking page runs in your colours, your logo and your name. Guests book with you and never see ClickBook at all.
Do I need any technical skills to run it?
No. Bookings land in a simple diary your staff will actually use. If you can answer the phone, you can run it.
