Three ways to fill a quiet Tuesday

Weekends look after themselves. It's the quiet midweek that eats your margin. The good news: if you own your guest list, filling a slow Tuesday is one of the cheapest wins there is. Three ways to do it.

1. Message the guests you already have

You don't need new customers to fill a table, you need the ones who already love you to come back. A short, friendly note to your opted-in guest list, "quiet Tuesday, fancy your usual table?", fills seats for the price of an email. This only works if the list is actually yours.

2. Turn happy visits into reviews

After a good meal, a gentle nudge to leave a Google review does two jobs at once: it lifts the reviews that bring new midweek walk-ins, and it catches the unhappy ones privately before they go public. Set it to happen automatically and it works while you sleep.

3. Follow up, in your name

Thank-yous, reminders and the odd "we miss you" note keep you front of mind. Sent in your branding, without you lifting a finger, they quietly bring people back on the nights you need them.

Every booking should work a little harder for you. Midweek is where that pays off.
